Miss Nicola Matjasz
AISTD / AIDTA Principal
​
Nicola is the Director of IPA and has run the company for ten years. Nicola is an experienced qualified dance teacher. She worked for many years as a professional dancer & singer from the age of 19. She has participated in many dance and singing contracts with top choreographers and directors. She has been on the west end stage, television and has choreographed for a number of shows. Pantomime is one of her favourite times of the year and has worked either as a dancer, principle girl or Choreographer. She now dedicates her time and energy to her company Intermission Performing Arts
Performing Arts as this is not only her future but a second family.

Miss Vikki
AIDTA/UKA PRINCIPAL
​
Vikki has been teaching at IPA for seven years. She graduated from Reynolds performing arts college in 2009 with a Diploma in musical theatre. After leaving college she went on to perform on various cruise contracts and also worked on many pantomimes and professional shows. Vikki also gained her IDTA and UKA Professional Teachers Qualifications in this time and found a love for teaching. She then decided that teaching was the route for her and has been passing on her knowledge and passion for dance and musical theatre ever since. Vikki teachers many styles at IPA and specialises in Street.

Miss Bella (Dance Teacher)
Isabella has been dancing since the age of three, and fell in love
with it. She completed her training in musical theatre at Reynolds
Performing Arts achieving a distinction. She still loves to
immerse herself in new techniques, and recently completed her
Advanced 1 modern. She has performed many times in
pantomimes, dance shows and productions with the Kentish
Players, playing lead roles and singing solos. She is almost
finished with her DDE teaching qualification in ISTD Modern.
Isabella teaches a variety of dance classes here at Centre Arts,
and choreographs for competitions and our shows. She finds
teaching to be her passion.

Miss Elizabeth (Singing teacher)
Elizabeth trained in Musical Theatre at London College of Music, and later at Associated Studios in London. One of her favourite jobs, after graduating, was working on a New Musical Theatre Workshop with West End Professionals. And of course, the standard Pantomime contract as Cinderella and being an extra on Films and TV. Whilst living in London, she worked for Perform as a Drama Teacher, and Disney as a Fairy Godmother in Training in their Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Harrods. Since 2019, she has worked as a singing teacher offering private tuition. And in April 2025, she joined the Centre Arts family. She also now works for Elite Dance Company as their Singing Teacher in Maidstone, and Kent Music as a Voice Teacher; teaching in schools and their music centres around Kent. She enjoys performing with The Kentish Players, performing in their Musicals and Revues every year; as well as managing their Social Media platforms.

Miss Esther(Singing/Drama Teacher)

Esther has been performing professionally for over 12 years and teaching for 10 with a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts and trained with RADA. She has experience with musical theatre workshops throughout Kent and currently teaches at Valley Park school and runs a musical theatre club and has even recorded demo’s for Susan Boyle. One of her passions is seeing young people come alive through music and the arts. Esther teachers Singing and Musical Theatre on a Monday.

Sarah (HR Manager)

Sarah has 24 years experience in her field and ensures that all our policies, and processes are up to date as well as ensuring all of the team here at Centre Arts have what they require contractually.
